Listening to podcasts has become a great way to nurture one’s mind while completing mundane tasks. I find it a great way to make my bed, fold laundry and a great alternative to listening music when I am craving to learn something new and helpful.

Podcasts can be entertaining, extremely helpful and even inspirational.

Many Catholics are turning on Bible in a Year with Father Mike and saying their lives have changed. There are quite a few Catholic podcasts out there.

Let’s take a look at a few hosted by women and providing incredible content to listeners.

Letters to Women with Chloe Langr

If you are interested in exploring the feminine genius, definitely check out the podcast, Letters to Women!

This season is focusing on women as mothers; not only in the physical sense, but also in the spiritual sense!

Are you curious to see what living out the feminine genius looks like? Pull up a chair, pour yourself a(nother) cup of coffee, and dive in with Chloe and her guests!

Here is one episode from this season discussing body image.

The Catholic Sobriety Podcast with Christie Walker

Freedom is Possible!

Are you questioning whether alcohol has become a problem  for you? Here’s the good news, you don’t have to have a drinking “problem” to realize that alcohol is a problem for you. You can disrupt the habit before it becomes a bigger issue.

Many women find themselves in this situation, fearing the loss of pleasure, connection, and stress relief associated with alcohol. They assume that giving it up will only bring deprivation and misery.

But it doesn’t have to be that way and Christie Walker can show you how! The Catholic Sobriety Podcast is a great place to start!

Some episode topics include: Unique and Unrepeatable: Theology of the Body and Alcohol Use with Lindsay Caron;

REVISITING Self-Care without the Booze and Unleashing the Transformative Power of Prayer Journaling with Amy Brooks

Stand, Kneel, Now What? with Karen Estep

Karen’s mission is to keep adult Catholics in the church!

As a convert, Karen came to read a statistic that said 50%-70% of adults leave the Church one year after joining! 😲

The journey does not have to be hard or perfect, I just want to keep them in this beautiful faith! I want to light fires for Christ!

Stand, Kneel, Now What may be just what every convert needs – and many cradle Catholics too!

Sterling Jacquith, Catholic Podcast Queen

Okay, I may have crowned her Queen, but with great reason!

Sterling Jacquith entered the podcast world with her beloved Coffee and Pearls podcast, but now spends her time on the mic on both the Catholic Moms Made for Business and Catholic Mom Calm podcasts.

Sterling has an excellent sense of humor and great advice.

Sterling is on a mission to help moms quiet the chaos of everyday life and life with more peace. She homeschools six kids and runs a business. She knows how to have peace in the storm of busy life.

Sterling Jacquith’s hope is that this podcast (Catholic Mom Calm) will lead you to the Holy Spirit so you can discern God’s will for your life.

As for the Catholic Moms Made for Business podcast, Sterling hopes listening to each episode makes you feel like you have a business bestie who loves the Lord as much as you do! (Sometimes it’s a kick in the pants, sometimes it’s a loving reminder to rest but it’s always leading you closer to God.)

You can also purchase Sterling’s newest book, Catholic Mom Calm, on Amazon here!
